By George Dinyando The Minister of Health and Social Services Dr. Kalumbi Shangula said that more funding is required to promote mental health. Shangula also stated that there is a need to increase awareness to enhance understanding and reduce stigma associated with mental health conditions. Shangula made these remarks while welcoming the mental health board for the Windhoek Central Hospital last Friday.
